We’ve been repairing collisions in San Francisco since 1994. Independently owned — not a franchise, not a chain, not contracted to an insurance company. When you call, you get the person who will actually work on your car. Ask for Vlad.
Most of our customers aren’t car people and have never dealt with a claim. So we explain things: the estimate, line by line, and what happens next. If a repair isn’t worth claiming given your deductible, we’ll say so.
We don’t cut corners to hit a date either. We’d rather tell you the car needs one more day than hand back work we’re not happy with. In a city this size, a small shop lives or dies on its reputation — check ours on Yelp and Google.

Registered with the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, ARD 258868. That registration is public record and you are welcome to verify it, with us or with any shop you are considering.
