THE PROCESS
Estimate: From our first conversation, we will work with you to provide a fair and accurate evaluation of the damage to your vehicle. A reasonable repair time-frame will also be provided before work begins. We encourage you to ask us questions. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible.
Auto Insurance: If an auto insurance company is paying for the work, we will take care of contacting the insurer and working with them on your behalf. It’s important for us to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible. We will do everything we can to not bother you with the details of working with an insurer.
Repair Process: Once you allow us to begin repair work, we promise to make every effort to complete the process as quickly as possible but we will never cut corners to meet deadlines. Please contact us any time you have questions about the status of your vehicle. (Soon, we’ll have a way to check on your vehicle through our website.)
Vehicle Delivery: As soon we’ve completed repairs we will contact you and ask you to pick up your vehicle or arrange to deliver it to you at your convenience.

Note: We provide collision repair and painting services for all automobile makes and models. If your vehicle is not drivable we can tow it to our shop.
